People ask me all the time… why I say “mew” when typing/talking…  So I thought I’d make a page to clarify.

For more information about the Mew please visit the Pokemon wiki here:  Mew Wiki.  Since in the original 151 pokemon (mew was #151), they really were only capable of saying their own name repeatedly (with the exception of Meowth), mew says “mew”.  Mew being the curious character that it is, always said “Mew” especially when curious… as well as for every other emotion.  But it was more fun when they looked confused.  Damn’t…

So in summation…  I say “mew” when I’m curious or happy.  Plus it sounds a lot like a cat and I happen to be a huge cat fan and it always made me laugh when mine would say “mew” as if they trying to converse w/ me and ask a question.
